Job Title Field Officer Company Origo Finance Pvt Ltd Location Narsapuram Andhra Pradesh Department Collections Loan Operations Reports To Branch Manager Area Manager Job Type Full-time Permanent Field-based role Job Summary As a Field Officer you ll play a key role in Origo Finance s rural lending operations by connecting with customers in the field sourcing loans verifying applicant information supporting loan disbursements and assisting with collections This position involves extensive travel within assigned rural and semi-urban areas like Narsapuram and neighboring mandals Key Responsibilities Identify source potential borrowers in rural and semi-urban markets Conduct field visits to verify loan applicants credentials and assess creditworthiness Explain loan products and terms clearly to prospective customers Assist with documentation KYC to facilitate timely loan disbursements Follow-up on repayments and EMIs coordinate collections and help resolve payment issues Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers traders micro-entrepreneurs and other clients Provide daily activity reports to your Branch or Area Manager Support loan recovery and overdue collections when necessary Ensure compliance with company policy RBI NBFC guidelines and credit norms Qualifications Skills Minimum Qualifications 10 2 pass or Graduate degree preferred B Com BBA BA Experience Fresher to 2 years experience is typically acceptable especially in field sales rural finance microfinance or NBFC operations Skills Requirements Good communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel Negotiation and persuasion capabilities Familiarity with mobile apps MS Office and digital reporting tools Own two-wheeler and valid driving license required for field operations Compensation Benefits Salary Typically around 12 500 - 18 000 per month may vary by location and experience Incentives Performance-based incentives or bonuses Reimbursements Fuel and mobile reimbursements Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund PF training and career growth support What You re Joining Origo Finance is a RBI-registered NBFC focused on serving underserved rural and agricultural markets with tailored financial products for farmers MSMEs and rural enterprises It leverages tech and field-network outreach to expand financial inclusion across rural India Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 12 500 00 - 18 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
