We are looking for a dedicated and well-organized Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the managing director The ideal candidate should be proactive reliable and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently Key Responsibilities Manage daily schedules appointments and meetings for the managing director Handle phone calls emails and other communications professionally Assist in preparing reports presentations and documentation Coordinate office activities and ensure smooth workflow Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Support in follow-ups with clients students and internal departments Perform any other duties assigned by the management Requirements Minimum qualification Bachelor s degree or equivalent Good communication skills in English and Malayalam Proficiency in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Strong organizational and multitasking skills Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply Job Type Full-time Pay 9 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
