The candidate will also manage a digital marketing team and oversee multiple content and social media channels majorly for doctors and healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate leads with a minimum 3x ROI and improve brand awareness. - Manage Facebook Ads for awareness and lead generation campaigns aligned with healthcare industry best practices. - Oversee Google My Business (GMB) profile updates and optimisation for local search visibility. - Manage YouTube channels for doctors, including content strategy for videos and optimisation. - Create LinkedIn content for doctors and healthcare professionals. - Handle social media posting schedules across platforms. - Coordinate with video editors and designers to ensure content is on-trend and high-quality. - Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring timely delivery of tasks and quality standards. - Analyse ad performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Qualifications: - Proven experience in Google Ads and Facebook Ads with measurable ROI. - Strong understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and patient privacy. - Experience managing content across YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Ability to coordinate creative work (video, design). - Good analytical, research, and creative problem-solving skills.
