Job Description

- 1. HR Policy Development & Standardization

- Draft our global HR policies across our international manufacturing networks in collaboration with the management team
- Design and implement comprehensive, globally consistent HR policies that accommodate necessary regional variations across our manufacturing network
- Lead the harmonization of employment practices, ensuring compliance with diverse labour regulations while maintaining core organizational values
- Strategically restructure the organizational hierarchy to optimize workforce composition, balancing full-time employees and contract staff while reducing overall headcount.
- Develop standardized workforce planning frameworks adaptable to various market conditions and regional requirements
- Establish equitable compensation and benefits structures that balance global consistency with local competitiveness
- Create uniform performance management approaches that reflect cultural nuances while maintaining objective standards

1. People-Centred Program Implementation

- Oversee the deployment of integrated talent management processes including recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention strategies Lead the design of comprehensive employee wellbeing initiatives tailored to diverse cultural contexts
- Develop frameworks for meaningful employee engagement and feedback mechanisms across global locations
- Establish standardized diversity, equity, and inclusion practices appropriate for varied cultural environments
- Create consistent change management approaches that respect regional communication preferences

1. HR Governance & Compliance

- Chair the global HR governance committee ensuring policy adherence across all manufacturing locations
- Develop robust frameworks for managing employment relations in compliance with varied labour laws
- Create standardized documentation for HR policies, practices, and standard operating procedures
- Establish consistent metrics for measuring policy effectiveness and compliance across regions
- Lead periodic audits of HR practices to ensure alignment with organizational standards and local regulations

1. HR Systems & Process Optimization

- Implement SAP Success Factors configuration with global HR policies while accommodating necessary local variations
- Ensure HR technology supports rather than dictates policy implementation and workforce management
- Develop data governance standards that ensure appropriate collection and protection of employee information
- Establish reporting frameworks that provide meaningful insights into global workforce trends
- Oversee the integration of HR policies into technological solutions while prioritizing human experience Stakeholder Partnership & Capability Building
- Partner with regional HR leaders to build policy implementation capabilities and ensure local relevance
- Collaborate with manufacturing leadership to ensure HR policies support operational needs
- Develop comprehensive training for HR teams on policy interpretation and application
- Foster a global community of practice for sharing policy implementation best practices
