Job Responsibilities:
In this role, you will partner with functional leadership to develop and execute the HR strategy for a specific function. This includes aligning HR goals with business strategic objectives, providing strategic and operational counsel and services, and managing talent review, development, and succession planning. You will also be responsible for building and driving engagement and retention planning, collaborating and supporting on employee relations matters, and coaching and supporting the business through effective change management practices.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require 10+ years of experience in HR Business Partner capacity, with experience working with various levels of management across different countries and cultures. You will also need a Bachelor's degree, experience with GCC, and a background from the banking, financial services, or technology industry. Business partnering skills, broad knowledge of employment, compensation, organizational planning, employee relations, and training and development are essential.
