Job Description

- Strong understanding of ERP Financials (FSCM) processes, including transactions, process flows, reporting, and configuration.
- Proficiency in Workday Finance business processes, configurations, transactions, security, and reporting.
- Good understanding of SOX processes and expertise in ERP SOX compliance.
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders, including auditing, accounting, leadership, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience in preparing Workday Advanced Reports and in the creation and usage of Workday Calculated Fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Ability to establish standard procedures for handling SOX reviews and explain exceptions.
- Capability to automate SOX procedures to reduce manual intervention.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations is an added advantage.
- Ability to collaborate and coordinate with teams across different geographies.
- Willingness to educate/train other stakeholders to make them understand the ERP FInance processing to bridge the gaps.
