You will be an agent for change driving the expansion of our Cyber Threat Intel practices using Threat Intel Management TIM Endpoint Detection and Response EDR including other cybersecurity tools and capabilities As a Senior Manager within our Information Security team you will be leading a team that works with Global Technology teams and other stakeholders to ensure timely response aligned with corporate policies and standards The Senior Manager for Information Security will be responsible for overseeing and leading the cyber threat intelligence efforts to proactively identify analyze and mitigate potential threats as well as managing all aspects of application security within the organization This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure the development and implementation of robust security measures across all applications and systems Application Security Management Develop and implement comprehensive application security strategies policies and procedures Conduct regular security assessments and audits of applications to identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle Lead efforts to remediate identified vulnerabilities and ensure timely patching of security issues Stay updated on emerging threats and trends in application security and adjust security measures accordingly Cyber Threat Intelligence CTI Establish and maintain a cyber threat intelligence program to gather analyze and disseminate actionable intelligence on potential threats Monitor external sources including threat feeds forums and industry reports to identify emerging cyber threats and trends Conduct in-depth analysis of threat data to understand the tactics techniques and procedures TTPs of threat actors Collaborate with internal security teams and external partners to enhance threat detection and response capabilities Develop and deliver threat intelligence reports and briefings to relevant stakeholders Team Leadership and Collaboration Lead a team of security professionals responsible for application security and CTI Provide mentorship guidance and support to team members to foster their professional development Collaborate closely with other security teams including network security incident response and compliance to ensure a cohesive and integrated security posture Work with cross-functional teams including IT development and business units to align security initiatives with organizational goals and objectives Responsible for managing and developing a team of employees - including hiring training development performance management administration and workforce planning Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills to explain and document ideas Communicating with and leading a geographically diverse workforce through department meetings one-on-one meetings and appropriate email instant messaging and regular interpersonal communications Responsibility of IT Security Operations covering enterprise and cloud security across the organization supporting all business divisions Embed IT Security processes controls and performance measurement throughout IT and Business Units and ensure integration of these into monitoring tools Identify and communicate current and emerging security threats Manage optimize and or implement operational network endpoint cloud configuration and collaboration security controls technologies Provide regular IT Security reporting KPI s and Dashboards Ensuring that processes and procedures for key IT Security processes are fully documented and communicated Reviewing current system security measures and recommending and implementing enhancements Align standards frameworks and security with overall business and technology strategy EXL Service
