Job Description Job Title: Tableau Lead Experience: 7+Yrs Technical Skills Required: - Tableau Expertise: Mastery of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server. - Data Architecture & ETL: Strong knowledge of data design, modeling, and ETL processes. - SQL & Databases: Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc. - Data Integration: Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau. - Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets. - Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms. Soft Skills & Training: - Mentorship: Experience mentoring and training junior analysts, especially teams in Pune. - Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams. - Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows and Tableau environments. - Documentation: Skilled at creating clear, user-friendly internal and external documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune, supporting their professional growth. - Design and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions. - Optimize Tableau environments for high performance and scalability. - Conduct technical training, workshops, and 1:1 mentorship session.
