Job Title: Tableau LeadExperience: 7+YrsTechnical Skills Required:- Tableau Expertise: Mastery of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server.- Data Architecture & ETL: Strong knowledge of data design, modeling, and ETL processes.- SQL & Databases: Proficiency in SQL; hands-on with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, etc.- Data Integration: Ability to integrate data from multiple sources into Tableau.- Performance Optimization: Experience in optimizing dashboard performance for large datasets.- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based data storage and analytics platforms.Soft Skills & Training:- Mentorship: Experience mentoring and training junior analysts, especially teams in Pune.- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional and remote teams.- Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting abilities in ETL workflows and Tableau environments.- Documentation: Skilled at creating clear, user-friendly internal and external documentation.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and mentor junior team members in Pune, supporting their professional growth.- Design and implement scalable Tableau dashboards and data solutions.- Optimize Tableau environments for high performance and scalability.- Conduct technical training, workshops, and 1:1 mentorship session.
