Key Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for websites social media platforms e g X Instagram LinkedIn Facebook and digital marketing campaigns Create visual assets including banners infographics logos and promotional materials that align with brand guidelines Collaborate with the digital marketing team to produce content that enhances post impressions and audience engagement Develop designs for print materials such as brochures posters and business collateral as needed Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into web and mobile platforms Contribute to the creation of UI UX designs for portals and applications ensuring a user-friendly experience Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and analytics insights to optimize performance Stay updated on design trends tools and best practices to deliver innovative and modern visuals Required Skills and Qualifications Experience 2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field Technical Skills o Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Figma or Canva o Strong understanding of design principles including typography color theory and layout o Experience creating graphics for digital platforms including social media and websites o Basic knowledge of UI UX design principles for web and mobile applications Soft Skills o Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics o Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment o Receptiveness to feedback and a willingness to iterate on designs Bonus Points Experience designing for CRM platforms or marketing automation tools e g HubSpot Salesforce Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing e g Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro Familiarity with HTML CSS for collaboration with developers on web design projects Experience in creating visuals for Meta Ads Google Ads or other digital advertising campaigns
