The role involves close collaboration with clients, international designers, and multiple consultants to ensure seamless execution of design intent and project requirements. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate civil and interior works between client and international design teams. - Manage requirements for ultra high-end Residential/ Commercial projects. - Liaise with consultants and agencies for timely project deliverables. - Understand materials, interior themes, and design language. - Interpret and review drawings (DWG) for accuracy and compliance. - Track progress and follow up with ordering teams and vendors. - Maintain detailed records and ensure traceability of all project documentation. Experience - 46 years of experience with architectural or interior design firms. - Proven ability to handle high-end residential or commercial projects. - Strong understanding of design coordination and material specifications.
