Power Platform Solution Architect

Job Description Notice Period - Immediate Joiner to 30 Days Location - Hyderabad / Pune Experience - 8 - 10 Years Job Description:- Architectural Leadership - Define and oversee the end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. - Establish architectural patterns, reusable components, and frameworks that promote consistency, scalability, and sustainability. - Provide technical oversight throughout the solution lifecycle, from initial design through deployment and support. - Designing, developing, and delivering customized solutions that address specific client requirements. - Interpreting business needs and translating them into effective technical solutions using Power Platform tools. - Collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions are aligned with overall project objectives. - Conducting comprehensive testing to validate functionality and enhance user experience. - Managing stakeholder expectations and proactively resolving issues throughout the implementation process. - Strategically analysing, planning, and executing project tasks to ensure timely and successful project delivery. - Solution Delivery - Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions. - Guide development teams in the delivery of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Power Virtual Agents. - Ensure high-quality integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications. - Architect and deliver enterprise-scale applications using Power Platform, integrating with Dataverse, Dynamics 365, Azure, and external systems. - Oversee all technical aspects of solution delivery, ensuring best practices, scalability, and compliance with Microsoft standards. - Governance & Compliance - Develop and enforce governance frameworks, including environment strategy, security models, data loss prevention policies, and application lifecycle management. - Ensure compliance with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and information security policies. - Advise leadership on licensing, platform optimization, and enterprise adoption strategies. - Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement - Serve as the subject matter expert for Power Platform solutions within the enterprise. - Conduct executive-level presentations, solution demonstrations, and technical workshops. - Provide mentorship, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders. Experience Required - Minimum 810 years of professional IT experience, including at least 46 years of hands-on expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform. - Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. - Proven track record of leading solution architecture in complex, global, or highly regulated environments. - Strong experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and third-party applications. - Prior involvement in solution deployment strategy, governance, security, compliance, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for Power Platform. - Experience managing stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, technical teams, and business users. Certifications - Required: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate - Preferred: - Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 + Power Platform Solution Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert - Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals - Other relevant Microsoft 365 or Dynamics 365 certifications Required Skills & Qualifications - Advanced proficiency in the following tools: - Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) - Power Automate (cloud) - Dataverse/Common Data Service (CDS) - Copilot Studio - Power Platform Administration - Strong background in integrating Power Platform with enterprise systems. - Expertise in API integration, custom connector development, and middleware technologies. - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills & Qualifications - Power Automate Desktop Flows - Power BI (data modelling, visualization, and governance) - Power Pages - Prior experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and enterprise-scale delivery frameworks. - Knowledge of regulatory requirements and data governance practices in complex enterprise environments.
