Position Overview :
-We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive to help expand our c ustomer base and explore new markets.
- This role is ideal for individuals passionate about sales, communication, and technology who are eager to grow in a fast-paced IT environment. You will be the face of the company for prospects and clients, responsible for presenting our services and turning leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads via online platform like LinkedIn, Clutch, GoodFirms, Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr and business directories.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets set by the company.
- Conduct competitive market research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and presentations to promote services.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and upsell additional services where appropriate.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in IT/Software industry (-mandatory).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and professional communication.
- Familiarity with bidding platforms / marketplaces Upwork , freelancer, Fiverr, TopTal, Guru etc.
- Understanding of IT services such as website development, mobile apps, UI/UX design is a plus.
