Content Creator – Fashion E-commerce

📍 Location: Gurgaon, India (On-site / Hybrid) 🕒 Experience: Minimum 3–4 years (brand-side only, no agency) 💼 Industry: Fashion / Lifestyle / E-commerce About the Role: We’re looking for a highly independent Content Creator with a strong background in fashion e-commerce. This role is ideal for someone who wants to work closely with a founder-led small business, take full ownership of creative execution, and be deeply involved in shaping the brand’s visual identity. If you love taking ideas from concept to creation- shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content that tells a story, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: - Independently ideate, plan, shoot, and edit engaging content for social media and performance marketing - Develop creative concepts and execute campaigns that tell a strong visual story - Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, aesthetic, and storytelling goals - Stay on top of trends, sounds, and formats relevant to fashion and lifestyle audiences - Organize and maintain content libraries and ensure timely delivery for all launches - Work closely with the founder for alignment on creative direction but execute with full autonomy Requirements: - 3–4 years of hands-on content creation experience in a fashion or lifestyle e-commerce brand (no agency backgrounds) - Proven ability to work independently and take projects from concept to completion - Strong photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.) - Excellent sense of styling, composition, and attention to detail - Strong understanding of fashion aesthetics, storytelling, and consumer engagement - Experience working in or with a small business or startup is preferred, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-hat environment What We Value: - Self-starters who can think creatively and deliver consistently - Individuals who are proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment - A genuine passion for fashion, visuals, and digital storytelling - Candidates from Gurgaon highly preferred - Freedom to experiment and bring your creative ideas to life in an agile, small-business setup 📩 To Apply: Send your resume and portfolio (with examples of social media content you’ve independently created) to hello@melrosia.com with the subject line “Application – Content Creator (Fashion E-commerce)”
