Role Overview We are looking for a Facility Manager to manage soft services and client/vendor relationships for our Bangalore office . The role ensures a safe, comfortable, and efficient workplace experience while overseeing housekeeping, security, cafeteria, front-office services, travel coordination, and event planning. Key ResponsibilitiesSoft Services Management - Supervise housekeeping, security, cafeteria, and front-office operations. - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and comfort across all office spaces. - Monitor daily facility operations and resolve issues promptly. Client & Vendor Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external vendors. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for facility services. - Negotiate contracts, manage SLAs, and ensure timely service delivery. - Build strong vendor relationships and resolve disputes effectively. Travel & Event Coordination - Coordinate travel arrangements for CEO and leadership (flights, hotels, transportation). - Plan and execute office events, leadership meetings, and conferences. - Manage event calendars, logistics, and vendor support for smooth execution. Administrative Support - Prepare and manage facility budgets with a focus on cost optimization. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. - Provide administrative support to HR and other departments as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in soft services and client/vendor management. - Strong organizational and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools.
