Principal Product Designer, Ads and Business Systems
About the Role:
We are seeking a thoughtful, systems-oriented Product Designer to help define and design core experiences across our Media Tools ecosystem—from our self-serve ad platform to internal tools like CRM and Order Management Systems (OMS). In this role, you'll partner closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to build intuitive, scalable, and effective tools that empower marketers, ad ops, and sales teams.
You will be instrumental in shaping the UX strategy for our platform's most critical workflows from campaign setup and targeting, to performance insights and order tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end workflows across complex enterprise systems including media planning, campaign setup, trafficking, CRM management, and order fulfillment.
- Translate product and business goals into elegant, intuitive UI/UX designs across both external (self-serve) and internal (CRM/OMS) tools.
- Develop high-fidelity designs and documentation to support implementation at scale.
- Build and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across our tools and platforms.
- Conduct user research, usability studies, and competitor benchmarking to inform design decisions.
- Define design success metrics, leveraging A/B testing and analytics to refine user experiences.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 12+ years of experience designing complex B2B or enterprise products; prior experience with ad tech, retail media, marketing automation, or workflow-heavy tools is strongly preferred.
- Experience designing self-serve ad platforms, campaign managers, or media planning tools is a major plus.
- Systems thinker with the ability to navigate highly structured workflows across CRM, OMS, and campaign systems.
- Skilled in modern design tools (Figma preferred), with strong prototyping and documentation abilities.
- Strong collaboration skills; you thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate between product, engineering, and operations.
- Familiar with design systems, accessibility standards, and enterprise UX best practices.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with advertising measurement, audience targeting, or media performance dashboards.
- Experience working with sales ops or campaign ops teams.
- Knowledge of common CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and OMS or order entry platforms.
- Exposure to Agile product development and design for internal enablement tools.
