Job Description

As a Social Media Executive, you will play an integral role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with the broader brand positioning goals. You will create engaging content, manage social media campaigns, and support clients in building a strong online presence that effectively communicates their brand values, ultimately driving growth and recognition in the competitive interior design market.

Responsibilities:

1.Social Media Strategy & Execution:

- Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to enhance brand positioning for clients in the interior design industry.
- Create engaging, visually compelling, and informative content that aligns with clients brand goals and identity.
- Work closely with the PR team to ensure that social media efforts are integrated with broader communication strategies and PR campaigns.
- Plan, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.).

2.Brand Positioning & Communication:

- Ensure that all social media content reflects the brands identity and messaging, aligned with Media Milestones communication strategy.
- Craft clear, persuasive, and consistent messages that position clients effectively in the market.
- Work closely with clients to understand their brand vision and market positioning to create tailored social media content that resonates with their target audience.

3.Community Engagement & Relationship Building:

- Actively manage and monitor social media platforms to engage with followers, influencers, and key stakeholders in the interior design community.
- Respond to inquiries and engage in conversations to build lasting relationships between clients and their audience.
- Cultivate positive media relations, ensuring a strong reputation for clients in the social media space.

4.Analytics & Reporting:

- Track social media metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Create reports on social media performance, engagement, and brand positioning progress, presenting these findings to clients and internal teams.

5.Creative Collaboration:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative campaigns, ensuring social media efforts align with the overall branding and messaging goals.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and the interior design industry to bring fresh ideas to the table.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in social media management, preferably within PR or the interior design industry.
- Strong understanding of brand building and positioning strategies, with the ability to implement them through social media platforms.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality content (images, videos, and copy) that aligns with brand positioning.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design, especially in the context of interior design content.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with interior design brands or PR agencies focused on brand building.
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and influencer marketing.
- Experience in providing media training or supporting media relations efforts.
