Job Description What Success Looks Like In This Role - Design and develop solutions across the ServiceNow platform, focusing on integrations with third-party systems. - Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs, scripted web services, and MID Server integrations. - Implement and support ServiceNow modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM, Incident, Change, Problem, Knowledge, or custom applications. - Work on end-to-end ServiceNow solution delivery, including architecture, design, development, and testing. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in ServiceNow development. - Maintain documentation of architecture, solutions, and processes. - Ensure platform performance, scalability, and data integrity. You will be successful in this role if you have: - 57 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. - Strong expertise in working on any of modules like ITSM / ITOM / SecOps / IRM - Strong expertise in IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and scripted integrations. - Experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Client Scripts. - Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation in ServiceNow. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Preferred Qualifications - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Application Developer. - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Familiarity with JavaScript, GlideScript, and modern web technologies. - Experience in integrating with platforms like Azure AD, Workday, SAP, or other enterprise tools is a plus.
