We are seeking an experienced TDM Specialist with strong expertise in test data management tools such as GenRocket,K2View, Delphix, and CA TDM. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level TDM solutions to support test environments across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement Test Data Management strategies to ensure high-quality test data availability.
- Hands-on experience in data masking, data subsetting, synthetic data generation, and virtualization.
- Work with stakeholders to analyze data requirements and implement automated TDM solutions.
- Manage and maintain TDM tools (GenRocket, Delphix, CA TDM,K2View) across environments.
- Collaborate with testing and development teams to provision, refresh, and optimize test data.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
- Troubleshoot issues related to TDM tools and processes.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on TDM best practices.

Required Skills:

- 810 years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in TDM.
- Strong expertise in one or more TDM tools: GenRocket, Delphix, K2View, CA TDM.
- Experience in data modeling, data masking, synthetic test data generation, and subsetting.
- Strong SQL knowledge for test data creation and validation.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments.
- Knowledge of automation scripting (Shell, Python, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Good to Have:

- Exposure to cloud-based TDM solutions.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline integration with TDM.
- Domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or Telecom.
