This is a full-time, mid-level position focused on crafting and executing creative social media strategies. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. You will play a crucial role in amplifying our brand presence online and engaging with our audience at a deeper level. Location: Lower Parel Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in developing social media strategies that align with business goals and target audience engagement. - Expertise in influencer marketing and building relationships with key social media influencers to expand brand reach. - Strong content creation skills with the ability to develop compelling and innovation-driven multimedia content for various platforms. - Hands-on experience in managing paid media campaigns across social media channels to optimize reach and return on investment. - Exceptional community management capabilities to foster a positive and engaged community around our brand. - Proficiency in Google Analytics to track and analyze web traffic and social media performance metrics effectively. - Ability to conduct in-depth campaign analytics to evaluate success, understand user behavior, and inform strategy enhancements. - Digital Marketing (Mandatory skill) Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media initiatives with overall marketing campaigns. - Create and curate engaging multimedia content tailored for each social media platform to attract and engage target audiences. - Identify and engage with influencers to amplify brand messaging through creative collaborations and partnerships. - Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness. - Oversee the development and execution of paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and conversion rates. - Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and brand-representative manner. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure innovative approaches and competitive positioning.
