About the Role: We are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our Native Smart Locks team at Urban Company. As a Field Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of driving awareness, building relationships, and generating leads for one of UC's most exciting category launches What You'll - Do Visit local markets to create awareness and generate qualified lead - Drive sales through onboarded stores, distributors, and retail partner - Identify new business opportunities and capture on-ground insight - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, retailers, and key stakeholders - Represent the Native Smart Locks brand with professionalism and energy What We're Looking For: - Mandatory: Fluency in English or Hindi (both preferred) - Preferred Experience: Background in hardware sales or distributor sales models - Prior sales/field experience preferred - Excellent communication and persuasion skills (must be a confident speak - High ownership, hustle, and ability to thrive in a startup environment - Location: Must be based in Bangalore and available for immediate joining Compensation: - In-hand salary: 30,000 40,000 per month (based on experience and performance Please Note: - This is not a work-from-home role. - The role requires you to be on-field or in the office 6 days a week - You will need to bring your own laptop for daily work Why Join Urban Company: - Be part of a high-impact category in its early growth phase - Gain hands-on experience across sales, operations, and strategy - Work with a young, dynamic team with full ownership - Opportunity to make a real impact while learning in a fast-growing startup environment
