Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance: - Oversee and ensure all project approvals, permissions, and clearances meet government regulations and industry standards. - Maintain up-to-date documentation of all approvals, ensuring timelines and compliance standards are consistently met. Project Coordination: - Collaborate with internal teams (design, legal, and construction) and external agencies (consultants, authorities, and vendors) to facilitate efficient project execution. - Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, adherence to approved plans, and construction timelines.
