Job Description Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Contract 1 Year, with potential for Permanent Hire) Location: Kochi, Kerala (Onsite) NOTE: Salesforce in any domain is acceptable Budget-Open About the Role We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in Salesforce platform development and customization. This is a 1-year contract role with the opportunity to convert to a permanent position based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. - Build and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce customizations. - Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and APIs. - Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. - Maintain best practices in coding, configuration, and deployment to ensure high performance and reliability. - Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for Salesforce applications. - Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, governance, and coding standards. - Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer. - Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning (Aura & LWC). - Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, process builder, and flows. - Knowledge of Salesforce integration tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, etc.). - Familiarity with version control tools (Git/Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines. - Salesforce Developer certification(s) (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Contract Terms - Duration: 1 Year (Contract) - Location: Kochi, Kerala - Opportunity: Performance-based conversion to a full-time permanent role.
