Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and execute content distribution across Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, Reddit, and other emerging platforms.
- Stay ahead of platform-specific trends and algorithm changes to optimize reach, engagement, and growth.
- Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and editors to plan, schedule, and repurpose high-performing posts.
- Coordinate influencer collaborations and manage user-generated content (UGC) campaigns.
- Monitor social media performance metrics, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Maintain timelines, workflows, and content calendars to ensure smooth execution across multiple formats.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong understanding of platform behaviors, audience biases, and how to tailor content for maximum impact.
- Willingness to learn, experiment, and adapt based on performance data.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Bonus: Experience with social media tools such as Buffer, Notion, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Preferred Experience (Bonus Points If You):

- Have managed UGC and influencer-led campaigns.
- Can identify and track KPIs that drive real business results.
- Understand content storytelling from a growth and distribution perspective.
