Position: Social Media Content Creator Intern

Location: Remote (India-based preferred)

Duration: 1-3 months

Type: Part-time (20-25 hours/week, flexible)

Compensation: Unpaid

We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our marketing team. The role involves creating training videos, FAQ answer videos, and social media content to promote Lozys truck booking platform. The ideal candidate is skilled in video editing, content writing, and social media marketing, with a passion for storytelling and engaging audiences.

Responsibilities

Video Content Creation:

- Produce and edit high-quality training videos demonstrating Lozys features (e.g., how to book a truck, publish a Market Bid, or set Trucker Availability).
- Create concise FAQ answer videos addressing common questions from clients
- Ensure videos are visually appealing, professional, and optimized for social media platforms (e.g., Meta- Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Content Writing:

- Write clear, engaging scripts for training and FAQ videos tailored to our B2B audience (manufacturing clients and truck service providers).
- Craft compelling social media posts, captions, and blogs to highlight Lozys value proposition and drive user engagement.
- Develop content that explains the two types of service providers in India (owner-drivers and companies with employed drivers) to resonate with our target audience.

Social Media Marketing:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Lozys commercial launch across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create visually appealing graphics, reels, and stories to showcase Lozys features and benefits.
- Analyze engagement metrics (e.g., views, likes, shares) and adjust content strategies to maximize reach and impact.

Qualifications

Skills:

- Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Canva Pro).
- Strong writing skills for creating scripts, captions, and marketing content.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and knowledge of content trends in India.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) for creating social media visuals.
- Understanding of social media analytics and campaign optimization.

Experience:

- Prior experience in video editing, content writing, or social media marketing (e.g., personal projects, freelance work, or internships).

Other Requirements:

- Strong communication skills and ability to simplify technical concepts for a diverse audience.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Knowledge of the Indian market, particularly the logistics or manufacturing sector, is an advantage.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications, or Film Studies) is preferred but not mandatory.
