10-20 years of experience in the industry Worked with banks or have consulted with banks Overall understanding of the bank architecture with exposure across different applications CBS CRM LPS etc Understanding of channel applications integration among different systems and typical challenges Understanding at least basic ability to talk understand infra side Develop and implement a comprehensive digital and technology architecture for an Indian retail bank as a part of a wider digital transformation project focused on the digitization of various customer employee-facing journeys The key areas for the architecture would include suitable applications software platforms integration architecture tech stacks devsecops pipeline Design and maintain the bank s technology architecture including software middleware databases integrations external and internal devsecops and other platform software with a preference for a modular modular microservices-based enterprise and platform solution Provide oversight on cloud IT infrastructure network infrastructure requirements and related architecture Assess bank s existing architecture and hardware software components to determine additional requirements Oversee the integration of various banking systems applications and platforms to ensure seamless operations and data flows Assess new technology solutions tools vendors and ecosystem partners to support delivery of digital transformation project Evaluate cost-effectiveness regulatory requirements and risks associated with implementing new technologies within the bank s ecosystem Provide guidance on ancillary technology strategy matters e g cloud strategy and support stakeholder capacity building on technology architecture Ability to position themselves in Kolkata for 5 days a week
