developing and delivering insightful and visually impactful dashboards reports and data visualizations The BI Visualization Reporting Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams gathers requirements designs and develops visualizations performs data analysis and ensures accurate and timely reporting to support data-driven decision-making and drive business growth for BMS globally Roles Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements understand key metrics and identify reporting and visualization needs Design interactive and user-friendly dashboards reports and visualizations using BI toolsCreate visually appealing and informative visualizations that communicate complex data sets and insights to non-technical stakeholdersPerform data analysis to uncover patterns and insights that support strategic decision-making and business performance optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate data from various governance and data quality managementExcellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data insights into meaningful and actionable recommendations for stakeholdersExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional teamFamiliarity with the biopharma industry including knowledge of relevant data sources and KPIsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesExperience We welcome a bachelor s or master s degree in a relevant field such as Business Analytics Data Science Computer Science or a related discipline Proven experience typically 2 to 5 years in a BI visualization and reporting role preferably within the biopharma pharmaceutical industry or healthcare industryIn depth knowledge and working experience of business intelligence tools such as Tableau Power BI or similar platforms requiredExperience with data analysis visualization and report development Strong knowledge of data modeling SQL and data manipulation techniquesFamiliarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processesIf you come across a
