BI Engineer / Sr BI Engineer (Business intelligence engineer) 5+yrs

Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) & Pune (On-site)

Mode of hiring: Full-time

NP: Immediate-Max 15days

Required Skills:

· Preferably expert on Python coding (From scratch level)

· Proficiency in Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Jupyter Notebook, GCP (Google Cloud Platform), Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

· Strong understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, regression analysis, and clustering.

· Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

· Excellent project management and business communication skills.

· Ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

NOTE: (Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Jupyter Notebook, GCP is Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage a team of data analysts to design, analyse, measure, and deploy multiple campaigns.

· Develop and enhance reports to summarize key business metrics and provide strategic insights.

· Automate processes to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.

· Conduct SQL training sessions and mentor team members to enhance their technical and analytical skills.

· Create frameworks and statistical models to support business decisions and campaign rollouts.

· Develop and maintain dashboards and data visualizations to track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs).

· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver actionable insights.

· Manage vendor relationships and develop tools to streamline vendor management processes.
