To succeed our people must: - Drive the organisation forward by working with purpose and passion. - Know what our clients want and need. - Support digital transformation We're looking for a Securities Specialist to: - Monitoring of Sec Lending securities transactions to ensure timely settlement incl. pre-matching - Manual placement of settlement / transfer instructions - Systematic chasing and resolution of pending trades and overdue transactions, differences and breaks (cash and security). - Monitoring of cancel and rebook transactions - Administration of securities settlement static data - Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) reference table - Execution and amendment of internal settlement processes to maintain consistency with global clearing and settlement market changes - Handling of counterparty or front office enquiries Your team You'll be working in the Securities Settlements team in Hyderabad, primarily supporting the Securities Lending Financing (SLF) section for UBS AG Switzerland entity. We cover various businesses within IB Operations, ranging from OTC Confirmations/Settlements, CAIP, Securities Lending Financing (SLF) to Structured Products issuance. We are responsible for processing, reviewing and booking of standardized and/or complex transactions within Securities Operations core and value-added tasks. The Securities Specialist can also act as direct contact and problem solver for clients and business partners. Your expertise 2-5 Years of experience at an EE level - Able to think creatively, flexibly and think logically to solve problems - Interested in digitalization and have an affinity with technology - Independent, attentive to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines under high pressure, with the ability to multitask due to monitoring and addressing multiple tasks and issues concurrently - Financial product knowledge and/or Corporate Action Income Processing experience is a clear advantage - Bachelors/Masters degree or equivalent - Basic programming skills in VBA and SQL or any other programming languages is an advantage About Us UBS is the world's largest and the only truly global wealth manager.
