Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Cyber Security Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring the security of digital assets, including implementing and monitoring cybersecurity measures, conducting risk assessments, analyzing threats, and securing network and application environments. Additional responsibilities include developing security protocols, staying updated on emerging cyber threats, and assisting in resolving security incidents. Qualifications - Proficiency in Application Security and Information Security concepts - Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity and the ability to assess and mitigate risks - Experience in Network Security and securing organizational infrastructure - Familiarity with threat analysis, response protocols, and emerging cyber trends - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
