Job Description Designation : Creative Designer Location : Gurugram, Haryana/Remotely Business/Functional Unit : Digital Reports to : Associate Service Delivery Manager Role Summary Responsible for performing a wide variety of skilled graphic design functions with animation and visualizing & creating digital campaigns using Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Animate / Google Web Designer. Key Responsibility Areas - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. - Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and digital advertisements. - Works with Art Director to enhance and execute their conceptual design ideas into engaging and user-friendly designs with animation that align with brand guidelines and project goals. - Interpret briefs to develop creative solutions that meet business and communication objectives while maintaining the integrity of the EKCS brand - Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform design decisions and optimize user engagement. - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. - Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and design processes in the Digital ecosystem. - Conduct design reviews and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve designs. - Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web design tools. Competency - Good understanding of brands and how they communicate to their target audience in the form of print and digital communication. For example, you should be able to understand the difference between a printed leaflet and a digital emailer which intends to communicate the same message to the target audience. - Exceptionally well in Photoshop, Figma, XD, Animate CC and GWD compositing technical knowledge. Well versed in the latest AI tools and technology. - Sound English and comprehension and writing skills. Independently assess and research any job briefs to visualize a visual strategy and discuss it with the client's/internal team. - Team working skills: We value and welcome critical feedback and opinions but we don't accept arrogance and snobbish behavior. - Time Discipline: We understand that creative people sometimes get stuck and require more time. Preferred Qualifications And Experience - Minimum 3 years of working experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, Animate CC (Flash), Google Web Designer, After Effects, XD, Figma and knowledge of the latest AI tools. - Degree Level: Graduate (any field)
