Job Description Location: Gurgaon Experience: 14 years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities - Conceptualize and design creative assets for campaigns across digital, print, social media, and brand communication. - Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to deliver high-quality creative solutions. - Develop visual identities, layouts, illustrations, and motion graphics as needed. - Adapt and resize creative assets for various platforms while maintaining brand consistency. - Stay updated with design trends, advertising best practices, and emerging technologies. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines. - Ensure quality control and consistency across all design outputs. Required Skills & Competencies - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with After Effects, Figma, or Canva is a plus. - Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into visually appealing concepts. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
