Job Description Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Manager / Senior Manager Media to lead our media division's performance marketing efforts. With 6-8 years of experience, you will own the end-to-end management, optimization, and delivery of high-impact digital campaigns across multiple platforms. As a senior media leader, you will guide the Assistant Manager and junior team members, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure campaigns exceed client expectations in terms of ROI, innovation, and growth. Key Responsibilities Strategic Media Planning & Campaign Leadership: Develop and lead comprehensive media strategies across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Programmatic channels. Ensure campaign strategies align precisely with client business goals and KPIs. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support Assistant Manager and other media team members to build skills in media planning, optimization, and reporting. Foster a collaborative, growth-focused team environment. Campaign Performance Management: Monitor,analyze, and optimize campaigns in real-time, applying advanced techniques like A/B testing and predictivemodelingto maximize campaign efficiency and ROI. Identify new opportunities to scale and innovate. Budget Ownership: Manage multi-crore client media budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation and spend tracking for best campaign outcomes. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with creative, analytics, account management, and sales teams to craft cohesive, data-driven marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results. Client Engagement & Reporting: Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders. Present campaign insights,actionable recommendations, and strategic growth plans clearly and confidently. Market & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure Hashtag Orange remains a market leader. Implement innovative tools and methodologies. Qualifications & Skills Experience:6-8 years in performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment, including demonstrated team management experience. Media Expertise:Proficient in managing client accounts on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn, and Programmatic buying platforms with a strong focus on performance marketing metrics. Analytical Mindset:Advanced data analytics and campaign optimization skills with experience using analytics tools and data visualization platforms. Leadership:Proven leadership skills with experience coaching junior team members and managing client expectations at a senior level. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of influencing clients and internal teams with clear, persuasive presentations. Adaptability:Ability to navigate fast-paced changes in client needs and digital landscapes. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is required. Advanced certifications (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, etc.) are strongly preferred.
