Skills and Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. - Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively. - Good listening skills and ability to understand customer needs. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
