Job Description Responsibilities Supplier Re-Approvals - Manage annual re-approval process for 200 low-risk supplier sites. - Request, collect, and review documentation (e.g., certifications, HACCP plans, audit reports). - Engage with suppliers to ensure timely and complete document submission. - Verify supplier contact information and liaise with internal procurement teams as needed. - Update and maintain records in the Trackwise system and assign audit statuses. Database & Documentation Management - Maintain and cleanse Supplier-Ingredient Master data in Trackwise. - Update ingredient entries, supplier contact details, and certification documents. - Add GFSI certificates and audit documentation to relevant records. Program Support - Assist with food safety programs such as Food Fraud and Pathogen Sensitive Ingredient (PSIP) management. - Prepare PowerPoint reports on supplier non-conformance by category (approx. 5 per quarter). - Contribute to supplier performance metrics and dashboards. Audit & Compliance - Support Europe sector audits by reviewing supplier documentation readiness. - Assist in organizing and verifying data before and during audits. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Communicate with internal teams across time zones to track issues, align solutions, and manage project timelines. - Work closely with Europe SQA team and act as liaison for approvals and training alignment.
