Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Perambur. The Real Estate Agent will engage in daily activities, including facilitating property transactions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and guiding customers through the buying and selling process. The role involves identifying and marketing real estate opportunities, providing expert real estate advice, assisting in property negotiations, and ensuring the satisfaction of the company's clients through excellent customer service. Qualifications - Possess a valid Real Estate License and demonstrated expertise in the real estate industry - Strong interpersonal and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships - Experience in Real Estate Sales and marketing of Real Properties - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in understanding local property market trends and regulations - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment - Knowledge of Tamil Nadu's real estate market is highly beneficial
