Job Description

Job Objective: To promote and sell textile products by developing strong customer relationships, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The position is focused on expanding market reach, understanding client requirements, and providing effective solutions, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction, thereby supporting the company's overall growth in the textile sector.

Salary:

Responsibilities

1.Sales Target Achievement Drive sales of textile products by achieving monthly and annual targets as assigned by the management.

2.Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and corporate buyers to ensure long-term business growth.

4.New Business Development Identify new business opportunities in domestic and international textile markets and convert prospects into customers.

5.Market Research & Analysis Study textile market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to support effective sales planning.

6.Product Promotion Present and promote textile products to clients through samples, catalogs, and presentations, highlighting product quality and features.

7.Negotiation & Order Finalization Handle client queries, negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to close profitable sales deals.

8.Reporting & Documentation Maintain customer database, prepare sales reports, order status updates, and share insights with management.

Additional key Areas:

1.Book fabrics from retailers.

2.Monthly sales achievement in terms of values/meters and sales price.

3.Regular market visit for generation of Sales and collection of outstanding.

4.Follow up of area matters and timely settlement.

5.Product development feedback.

6.Market feedback and Market knowledge.
