Job Description Handle billing and measurement for civil engineering and finishing works in commercial building projects. Prepare accurate cost estimates, process contractor payments, and manage project financial documentation. Key Responsibilities - Prepare detailed bills of quantities for civil and finishing works - Measure completed work and verify contractor claims - Process interim payments and final billing for subcontractors - Review and approve material consumption reports - Maintain project cost records and financial documentation - Coordinate with accounts team for payment processing Required Skills - 10-12 years experience in civil engineering billing and measurement - Civil engineering degree (B.E/B.Tech) - Expertise in civil works and finishing activities measurement - Knowledge of construction contracts and payment terms - Proficiency in billing software and Excel - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in calculations What You'll Work On - Commercial office buildings and retail spaces - Civil works including structural, flooring, and external works - Finishing works including painting, tiling, and interior elements - Contractor payment processing and cost control - Quantity measurement and billing verification - Project cost tracking and reporting
