Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Plumbing Billing QS Assistant to lead our team of Quantity Surveyors and oversee the financial aspects of our plumbing projects. As a Plumbing Billing QS Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring cost efficiency, accurate billing, and effective project management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of Plumbing Billing Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure their success.
- Analyze plumbing project plans and specifications to estimate quantities of materials, labor, and equipment required for accurate project costing.
- Prepare and review detailed bills of quantities (BoQ) for plumbing projects, itemizing all necessary materials, labor, and services.
- Oversee the tendering process, including sending out BoQs to potential contractors and suppliers, and evaluating received bids.
- Monitor project expenses and budgets, proactively identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to financial constraints.
- Review progress payment certificates, ensuring accurate payment disbursement based on completed work and in compliance with contract terms.
- Handle variations and change orders, assessing the impact on project costs and managing all financial aspects effectively.
- Ensure contractual compliance related to financial matters and coordinate with legal teams when necessary.
- Provide regular cost reports and updates to senior management etc.
- Prepare final accounts at the project's conclusion, detailing all actual project costs and ensuring accurate project close-out.
- Collaborate with the project management team to streamline processes and improve overall project efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Billing Quantity Surveyor, with at least **2-5 years **of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, construction methods, and industry regulations.
- Proficient in estimating, cost control, and preparing bills of quantities.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and developing teams.
- Solid understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations.
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
