Role Summary The Finance Manager is responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the organization including accounting financial reporting budgeting forecasting cash flow management statutory compliance and internal controls The role provides strategic financial insights to support business growth and ensure financial stability Key Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end accounting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards GST TDS Income Tax PF ESI and other statutory requirements Prepare and review accurate financial statements P L Balance Sheet Cash Flow Lead budgeting forecasting financial planning and variance analysis Manage cash flow working capital OD limits and fund utilization Develop financial models MIS reports dashboards and strategic financial insights Strengthen internal controls risk management and cost control systems Analyze financial performance profitability and cash conversion cycle Support management in capital budgeting funding decisions asset acquisition and expansion planning Ensure effective functioning of ERP Tally systems and coordinate enhancements Lead train and supervise the finance team to ensure high performance Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information Required Experience Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in accounting finance and budgeting Minimum 3 years in a managerial supervisory role Hands-on experience in Indian Accounts Statutory Compliance - Mandatory Retail industry experience - Mandatory Experience with Tally ERP and financial reporting tools is essential Qualifications MBA Finance M Com B Com or equivalent Additional certifications in Finance Taxation or ERP preferred Key Skills Strong knowledge of accounting taxation and financial reporting Expertise in GST TDS Income Tax and statutory filings Proficiency in Tally ERP systems Strong analytical budgeting and financial modelling skills Excellent leadership communication and decision-making ability Solid understanding of banking and fund management Job Type Full-time Application Question s How many years of finance experience do you have in the retail sector Do you have hands on experience in GST TDS Income Tax PF and ESI Are you based in Thodupuzha Idukki Experience retail finance 8 years Required Work Location In person
