Job Title HR Executive Location Siolim Goa Industry Hospitality Hotels F B Department Human Resources Reporting To HR Manager General Manager Employment Type Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to support the daily operations of the Human Resources department The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality sector excellent interpersonal skills and a solid understanding of HR policies statutory compliance and talent management Key Responsibilities Recruitment Onboarding Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for all departments Conduct reference checks issue offer letters and manage new hire documentation Organize and facilitate induction and orientation programs for new joiners Employee Relations Engagement Maintain positive employee relations by addressing queries grievances and providing support Support employee engagement initiatives events and internal communication Attendance Payroll Support Monitor attendance shift rosters and leave records Coordinate with the accounts payroll team for salary processing statutory deductions PF ESIC PT and reimbursements Compliance Documentation Ensure all employee records are up to date and confidential Maintain compliance with labour laws HR policies and internal procedures Handle ESIC PF professional tax and other statutory filings Performance Management Support the performance appraisal process by gathering data assisting in evaluations and documenting outcomes Training Development Coordinate internal training sessions and skill development programs Maintain training records and feedback Requirements Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Hospitality Management 1-3 years of experience in HR hospitality industry experience is preferred Knowledge of labor laws payroll and HR practices Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Work Environment Fast-paced hospitality setting with dynamic operational requirements Expected to be available during key shifts or events depending on operational needs Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Provident Fund Language English Preferred Work Location In person
