Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in India. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers/entry-level candidates who are looking to start their careers in recruitment and talent acquisition Job Title: IT Recruiter Location: Ameerpet Shift Timings: 7:30 PM till 4:30 AM Responsibilities - Source and attract candidates using various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events. - Conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine their suitability for various roles. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback to candidates. - Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate candidate records and reporting. - Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to foster a positive recruitment experience. Skills and Qualifications - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. - Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and job boards. - Basic understanding of HR practices and employment laws in India. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
