Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly versatile Full Stack Developer with expertise in building modern, scalable, and AI-powered applications. The role involves end-to-end ownership of projects - from conceptualization and architecture to development, deployment, and optimization. You will work across multiple domains including React-based frontends, Node.js backends, & AI integrations

Key Responsibilities

- Frontend Development
- Build and maintain responsive, scalable React.js applications with TypeScript integration.

- Backend Development
- Design and implement REST APIs and microservices with Node.js and Express.
- Develop scalable MongoDB schemas.

- Other Contributions
- Optimize React build times and project structures.
- Develop internal tools for progress tracking, scoring, and gamification (badges, leaderboards, completion steps).
- Document logic, APIs, schemas, and workflows for smooth handovers.

Key Skills & Tools

- Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, Framer Motion
- Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
- GenAI: Exposure to api connections and limitations with Anthropic/OpenAI
- Other: REST APIs, Git, Docker (basic), cloud integrations
