The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and promoting our telecom solutions to new and existing customers. Key Responsibilities - Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities in the telecom sector. - Present and explain technical telecom products/solutions to clients. - Manage end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, product demos, negotiation, and closure. - Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. - Understand customer requirements and recommend the right technical solutions. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records. - Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver customer solutions smoothly. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any field (Technical background preferred). - 23 years of experience in technical sales (telecom industry experience required/preferred). - Strong understanding of telecom products/services. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
