As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR business processes, gather requirements, and map these to the Oracle Cloud HCM solution. You will also support the integration of HCM modules with other enterprise systems and assist in training and guiding end-users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation and Configuration:
- Lead the functional configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation, and Absence Management.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements for HCM processes.
- Design and configure the Oracle Cloud HCM solution based on client business needs and requirements.
- Perform system testing, UAT, and support data migration from legacy HR systems to Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Ensure proper integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with other systems, including Oracle Financials, Oracle Payroll, and third-party applications.
- HR Process Mapping and Optimization:
- Analyze and map business processes, ensuring alignment with best practices for Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Identify and recommend process improvements, enhancing overall HR efficiency and user experience.
- Provide functional expertise to help clients streamline their HR functions (e.g., onboarding, performance management, employee development, etc.).
- End-User Support and Training:
- Conduct end-user training and workshops on Oracle Cloud HCM functionality.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle Cloud HCM users, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Develop training documentation and user guides to support the transition to Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Project Management and Stakeholder Communication:
- Assist in the creation of project plans and timelines for Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the solution meets client requirements and integrates seamlessly with other systems.
- Participate in client meetings and provide functional expertise to support decision-making.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Oracle Cloud HCM product updates, features, and industry trends.
- Provide recommendations for future upgrades or new modules based on client needs and technological advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM functional consulting or implementing Oracle HCM solutions.
- Expertise in one or more Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Recruitment, etc.
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices.
- Experience in gathering requirements, system configuration, and providing functional support.
- Ability to configure and test HCM applications and manage integrations with other systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in an Agile or similar project management methodology.
- Ability to travel for client engagements (if required).

Preferred Skills:

- Oracle Cloud HCM certification is a plus.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud or Oracle SOA Suite for HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as PeopleSoft, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with SQL, PL/SQL, or other scripting languages for reporting and data management.
