Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with 5-8 years of expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and upgrades.


The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge in Core HR and Compensation modules, along with hands-on experience in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and support system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP HCM implementations and/or upgrades.


- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM covering Core HR and Compensation


- Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM


- Functional - Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations and/or upgrades.


- More than 5 years of experience in working on HCM modules of Oracle Fusion/R12 covering Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Benefits.


- At least 2 years of experience in the completion of full life-cycle implementations with Cloud HCM Suite


- In-depth experience in any or all : Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, and Time & Labor.


- Must have good experience translating business requirements and design into functional solutions.


- Proficiency in developing reports and analytics using BI Publisher and OTBI is advantageous.


- Familiar with relational and dimensional logical data modeling.


- Ability to review business processes and translate them into BI reporting and analysis solutions.


- Experience in configuring and supporting reports.


- Experience working with Oracle on product bugs.


- Data analysis and root cause analysis skills.


- Functional and Technical problem investigation skills.


- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, production change control, and project management techniques.


- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Functional & Business Process Expertise :

- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Core HR, Compensation, Workforce Structures, and Security.

- Advise on best practices, process improvements, and system optimizations.

- Work on Workflows, Fast Formulas, and HCM Extracts for process automation.

Reports & Analytics Development :

- Develop custom reports using BI Publisher and OTBI for HR and compensation data.

- Create dashboards and analytics for real-time decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy and security within Oracle HCM Cloud reporting.

Integration & Data Management :

- Support data migration, conversions, and integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and other HR applications.

- Work with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Data Loader (SDL), and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security.

Testing, Troubleshooting & User Training :

- Perform functional testing, UAT, and troubleshooting of Oracle HCM configurations.

- Assist end users with training, documentation, and resolving system issues.

- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM implementations and/or upgrades.

- Expertise in Core HR and Compensation modules.

- Hands-on experience in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.

- Strong knowledge of HCM security roles, approval workflows, and Fast Formulas.

- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Understanding of HR processes, payroll integrations, and workforce management.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification (Core HR, Compensation).

- Experience with Talent Management, Absence Management, Payroll, or Benefits modules.

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS extensions.

- Experience working in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
