Vibrant Greentech is a fast-growing professionally managed company committed to shaping the future of renewable energy in India With a strong focus on sustainability and innovation we specialize in the development and execution of solar and wind energy projects Headquartered in Hyderabad we are expanding rapidly and looking for ambitious experienced professionals to join our mission of delivering clean and reliable energy solutions Position Senior Manager RE Projects Solar Wind Location Corporate Office Hyderabad Experience Required 510 years Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical or Renewable Energy preferred Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager Renewable Energy Projects to lead and oversee the end-to-end execution of solar and wind energy projects This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of project management procurement regulatory compliance and business development in the renewable energy sector Key Responsibilities Lead the planning execution and commissioning of utility-scale solar and wind projects across multiple locations Oversee day-to-day project operations ensuring adherence to timelines budgets quality standards and safety protocols Develop procurement strategies and manage the entire supply chain processxe2x80x94from vendor selection and negotiation to logistics and delivery Ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks permits and statutory requirements at both central and state levels Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors technology providers consultants and government agencies Provide technical and commercial inputs to support project feasibility assessments and business development proposals Lead cross-functional project teams and supervise on-ground engineering teams for smooth project execution Prepare and present high-level project reports risk assessments and performance metrics to senior leadership Identify and mitigate project risks proactively ensuring minimal disruption to timelines or budgets Qualifications Skills Bachelors degree in Engineering Electrical Mechanical or related discipline 510 years of proven experience in managing solar and wind energy projects including procurement implementation and O M Strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies grid integration and site management practices Familiarity with power trading mechanisms PPA structures and regulatory developments in the Indian RE sector Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams Strong negotiation communication and analytical abilities Proficiency in project management tools and software e g MS Project Primavera SAP Ability to travel to project sites as required Why Join Vibrant Greentech Be part of a forward-thinking organization driving India s renewable energy revolution At Vibrant Greentech youll work in a collaborative environment lead impactful projects and contribute to a sustainable future We will only consider applications through this form https docs google com forms d 1CQXSV9uzaB4BkQnSt3gTIm70kJdcvzIpml yebYqZCI viewformedit requested true
