Job Description Company Description Spectrum PharmaTECH is a global leader in integrated engineering solutions for pharmaceuticals and allied industries, with expertise in over 500 projects in all. The company serves diverse industries such as pharmaceutical APIs and FDFs, biopharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, food, beverages, cosmetics and the Solar Cell Manufacturing. Spectrum provides end-to-end EPCmV services, including engineering, procurement, construction management, and validation across various systems like architecture, HVAC, water treatment, and more. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role located in Thane. The Senior Architect will be responsible for designing and developing master plans & architectural plans for industrial facilities and taking the project through the complete project cycle of tendering, vendor co-ordinations, GFCs and periodic site supervisions. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing construction progress, and incorporating innovative and sustainable design solutions. Qualifications - Expertise in industrial architectural design, specifically Pharma & Solar Manufacturing, space planning, and building codes - Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Sketch-up modeling tools - Strong project management and coordination skills to work with multidisciplinary teams - Experience in construction oversight, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Knowledge of sustainable design and green building principles is preferred - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
