Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Design Architect at our main office in Thane. The Senior Design Architect will oversee architectural designs from initial concept to completion, ensuring that creative designs meet client needs and project requirements. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, leading design teams, managing projects, preparing detailed construction drawings, and liaising with stakeholders. The role involves regular communication with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are met. Qualifications - Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design to conceptualize and deliver innovative and functional designs - Proficiency in Design Management and Construction Drawings to guide project execution and ensure technical precision - Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders - Proven experience in managing multiple projects and working under tight deadlines - Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools) - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field - Professional licensing and certifications are preferred but not mandatory
