Pune On-site Work from Office Full-time We are currently hiring for the role of Sales Associate - Atica Global Pune Yerawada Please find the details below Experience required - 0-2 yearsWork timings - US Shift Monday to Friday Notice Period - ImmediateEducational background preferred - Any graduatesCompany Atica is a last-mile sales and revenue management company It disrupts the age-old manual proactive sales process using its proprietary lead generation and CRM tool Moreover hands-on revenue management and reactive sales including RFPs management by Atica lead to maximum revenue from brand as well as 3rd party the role - The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery - Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term value-based customer relationships that enable the achievement of sales objectives Achieves personal sales goals Key responsibilities 1 Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals2 Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts3 Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle4 Drive ROI for hotel ownership and create innovate additional value for each assigned hotel5 Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotelsRequirements 1 Available to work for U S Shift timings 6 PM to 4 AM 8 PM to 6 AM Monday to Friday 2 Strong ability to leverage technology and CRM to shorten the sales cycle3 Strong verbal and written communication skills for general correspondence proposals reports4 Persuasive communication skills and ability to effectively communicate the value of your work and results to hotel clients5 Must be a collaborative team player eager to contribute and learn from others6 Aptitude for and ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment seeking continuous improvement Interested candidates can send the resume or just apply herePlease note Candidates with upto 2 years of exp are eligible to apply ref updazz com
